Fine jewellery online: product pages that earn trust
A client who buys fine jewellery online cannot hold the piece, turn it in the light or ask the person behind the counter. The product page has to do all three.

Show the piece as it is worn
Photograph every piece three ways: alone on a calm surface, close enough to see the setting and the stones, and worn, so the client understands its size. Scale is the question clients ask most and photographs answer least.
Light is the product
Stones are defined by how they handle light. A short video or a sequence of images under moving light shows fire and brilliance better than one retouched still. Keep colour true: a warm gold that arrives looking pale costs a return and the client’s trust.
Explain what cannot be seen
- Materials. Metal, purity, weight, and the origin of the stones where it is known.
- Certification. Which laboratory graded the stones and how the client can see the certificate.
- Sizes. A clear guide, and what happens if a ring does not fit.
- The making. Where and how the piece is made, and how long a made-to-order piece takes.
Offer a person
For a significant purchase, many clients want a conversation before they decide. Offer a private appointment, a video call or a message to a named adviser on every product page. Online, this is the counter.
Make the after-sale visible
Delivery, packaging, insurance, cleaning, resizing and repair are part of the purchase. Say what the house will do, and for how long.
